About us

Corporate Introduction

Headquartered in the prestigious Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), with a legacy rooted in delivering sophisticated financial instruments and smart trade facilitation. RAMINVEST Holding has built a resilient network of specialised subsidiaries, each focused on solving real world trade and financial challenges. From addressing hard currency shortages with innovative barter systems to enabling direct access to global commodities markets, RAMINVEST Holding is more than a holding company; it is a catalyst for sustainable economic growth and financial empowerment.

DIVERSIFIED ECOSYSTEM

A seamless synergy between finance, trade, and commodities, orchestrated through a strategic portfolio of specialized companies.

TRUSTED GLOBAL PRESENCE

A strategic foothold in Dubai and Geneva, complemented by deep expertise and strong ties across African markets.

INNOVATIVE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS

Pioneers in developing digital platforms and alternative finance mechanisms, tailor-made for emerging economies.

Governed Infrastructure for Global Trade and Settlement.

Finatrades is regulated infrastructure for global payments, trade finance and structured settlement. We are built for the execution gaps of the Global South, and of Africa in particular, where conventional banking routes are slow, incomplete or simply unavailable.

Trade professionals coordinating a governed cross-border settlement

Supervision and Compliance

Finatrades operates under a Swiss AML-supervised framework through SO-FIT, Member No. 1186, a FINMA-recognised self-regulatory organisation.

Global Payment Coordination

Coordinated cross-border payment across corridors where correspondent banking is thin or unreliable.

Documentary Trade Finance

Documentary trade finance, structured against the trade documentation that evidences the underlying transaction.

Structured Barter and Countertrade

Where foreign exchange is constrained, value is settled through structured barter and countertrade, so trade can continue when cash routes are limited or delayed.

Regulated Infrastructure for Payments, Trade Finance and Structured Settlement.

International trade rarely fails for lack of a willing buyer and a willing seller. It fails in settlement, where the parties sit on different sides of a payment system that was never designed to connect them. Across the Global South, and across Africa in particular, that gap is the binding constraint: correspondent relationships are thin, documentary requirements are heavy, and foreign exchange is not always available at the moment a transaction needs to close. Finatrades exists to hold that layer. We coordinate global payment, structure documentary trade finance, and where currency is the obstacle, settle through structured barter and countertrade. All of it runs inside a Swiss AML-supervised framework through SO-FIT, Member No. 1186, a FINMA-recognised self-regulatory organisation, so that counterparties on both sides of a corridor can transact against the same standard of governance.

The Integrated Fulfilment Platform for African Commodity Trade.

WinCommodities is an integrated sourcing and fulfilment platform. We go beyond marketplace matchmaking: a match is only the beginning of a transaction, and we carry it through storage, movement and settlement until the cargo is delivered.

Commodity cargo operations connecting suppliers with global markets

One Platform, Not Three Counterparties

Sourcing, movement and settlement are usually three separate negotiations, and commodity trade stalls in the gaps between them. WinCommodities holds all three inside a single platform, with the group's logistics and settlement arms operating as part of the same fulfilment path.

Consignment on Title

Exporters place stock into bonded warehouses and retain title until sale. Inventory sits in-region, close to the buyer, without ownership having to change hands up front.

Coordinated Delivery

WINLOGISTICS coordinates movement from the bonded hub through to the buyer, so fulfilment is actively managed rather than left to the counterparties to arrange between themselves.

Regulated Settlement

FINATRADES supports settlement within a regulated framework, including structured barter and transactions constrained by the availability of foreign exchange.

Sourcing Network

Bulk commodity cargo being handled for regional distribution

Africa to the World. Africa to Africa. The World to Africa.

A marketplace can introduce a buyer to a seller. It cannot make the cargo move, and it cannot make the money arrive. WinCommodities is built for the part that comes after the match. Exporters consign stock into bonded warehouses and keep title until it sells, so goods are already positioned in-region rather than waiting on an order that may never clear. WINLOGISTICS then coordinates delivery from that hub to the buyer, and FINATRADES supports settlement inside a regulated framework, including structured barter and transactions where foreign exchange is constrained. Our sourcing network reaches across oil and gas, metals and minerals, cereals and grains, pulses, spices, edible oils, coffee and tea, protein products and sweeteners. The direction of trade is deliberately open in all three directions.

Controlled Movement. Verified Delivery. Executable Trade.

WinLogistics is an integrated logistics-management and corridor-execution company. We take responsibility for the physical layer of trade: once a deal is agreed, the cargo has to actually move, clear and arrive.

Every Shipment Is an Execution File

A shipment is not a status update. We run each one as a controlled execution file, with defined checkpoints along the corridor and proof of delivery at the end, so that movement can be verified rather than reported.

1

Bonded Warehouse Management

Management of bonded warehousing, where consigned stock is held ahead of sale.

2

Air, Sea and Road Freight

Freight coordination across air, sea and road, planned as one continuous corridor rather than as separate legs handed between unrelated providers.

3

Customs Clearance Support

Documentation and customs-clearance support at the border points where corridors most often stall, keeping the file moving with the cargo.

4

Hub-to-Buyer Delivery

Final delivery from the hub to the buyer, closed out with proof of delivery rather than an assumption that the consignment arrived.

Every Shipment Is a Controlled Execution File.

Commodity trade often fails not at the agreement stage, but during physical execution. The contract is signed, and then the cargo sits: waiting on a bonded release, on a customs file, on a truck that was booked by someone with no visibility of the vessel. WinLogistics closes that gap by managing the corridor end to end. We handle bonded warehouse management, air, sea and road freight, customs-clearance support and hub-to-buyer delivery as one coordinated execution rather than a series of handoffs. Each shipment is run as a controlled file with defined checkpoints along the route and proof of delivery at the close.

Responsible Source. Verified Product. Documented Rights. Physical Delivery.

Wingold is a Dubai-based precious-metals company. We carry gold from sourcing through refining, assay verification and fabrication to secure delivery: responsible source, verified product, documented rights, physical delivery.

Compliance Framework

KYC and KYB

Identity and business verification on every counterparty before a transaction is opened.

AML Controls

Anti-money-laundering procedures applied across sourcing, sale and delivery.

Sanctions and PEP Screening

Screening against sanctions lists and politically exposed person exposure.

Source of Funds

Verification of the origin of funds behind each purchase.

Chain of Custody

Custody is recorded at each stage from source through refining, assay and fabrication to delivery, so the history of the metal travels with the metal.

999.9 Fine Gold, Serial-Identified and Independently Assayed.

Precious metals carry two risks at once: the risk that the metal is not what it claims to be, and the risk that the rights to it are not what they claim to be. Wingold is built to close both. As a Dubai-based precious-metals company, we take responsibility for the full path from sourcing through refining, assay verification and fabrication to secure physical delivery. Counterparties pass KYC and KYB verification, AML controls, sanctions and politically exposed person screening, and source-of-funds checks, and chain of custody is recorded at every stage. What arrives is 999.9 fine gold, serial-identified and accompanied by an independent certificate of assay, in sizes from 1 gram to 1 kilogram. Responsible source, verified product, documented rights, physical delivery.

Connected city infrastructure monitored from an operations centre

Strategy. Architecture. Integration. Operations.

Cities and critical infrastructure depend on systems, teams and data owned by different institutions. Fragmented interfaces increase cost, delay decisions and obscure operational accountability. Win Smart designs and integrates secure, interoperable ecosystems for governments, cities, transport authorities, utilities, infrastructure owners and enterprises, connecting smart mobility, public safety, emergency response, digital infrastructure, energy, utilities, waste, digital government, data, AI, digital twins and cybersecurity. We work across the full programme lifecycle, from early strategy and target architecture through integration and commissioning to long-term operations. Outcomes depend on authority decisions, operator readiness, specialist systems and programme-wide delivery, which is why our role is defined by architecture and governed interfaces rather than by any single product.
